I visited your office to inquire about comparable property listings on the market. Karen Baker sat and spoke to me about the interest in selling our property. She was very informative, looked up properties, and ran copies for us, but most importantly, she did not pressure us in any way which from past real estate experience, was a pleasure. To be kind, we had listed our property with a neighbor with no success. We remembered how nice Karen treated us, so of course we called her to list our property. Very soon after listing the property I had a serious fall and was unable to make the trip to Maine. Karen was truly great in taking on full responsibility for every detail in the listing and sale of a property we had enjoyed and loved so much. Having been a broker and a partner in a successful real estate company, I am very familiar with the hard work involved. Living out of state in New Jersey, we were happy to have Karen represent us and could not be happier with her wonderful job. We wish her many, many thanks and continued, well deserved success!
We suggest all your agents take a page from Karen Baker, by treating every walk in person with courtesy, kindness, and answering all concerns without being pushy.
Thank you so much Karen Baker!
